Our aim is to offer a hands on approach all be it through the medium of technology. The most important factor being you receive unrestricted, quick access, early intervention and professional advice and guidance from medically qualified and experienced practitioner's wherever you are without the need to attend a clinic.

To use our Physiotherapy & Therapy services, especially if you have medical conditions, you don't have to enrol onto our membership scheme. However there are many benefits if you do so. We also appreciate that nothing beats face to face appointments, although it could be argued in some circumstances the upheaval of travel can make a condition react.

We still believe that quality and care matters, so its important that we get it right. Unlike many of our competitors, we want you to feel in safe hands, get the results your looking for, feeling you've had a value for money experience.

No other physiotherapy services offers an online treatment package that comes close to ours.

With each new appointment your given;

45 min consultation - Emailed summary report - Emailed Treatment & Rehabilitation plan - Treatment & Rehabilitation Videos - Follow up consultation. Making sure you understand & to answer your questions. "All for the same fee".

Individuals

Consultation/assessment (Video Call)

If you would prefer a video call, this gives a more in depth assessment and greater feedback, including exercise demonstrations, visual instruction and guidance. Accompanied by an emailed diagnosis, home exercise program, video demonstrations where required and further advice and guidance. Screening and signposting if required.

On Going One to One Treatment (Video Call)

If you would prefer your one to one follow up treatment, therapy or rehabilitation session by a video call, which again gives a more in depth update and greater feedback, including exercise demonstrations, visual instruction and guidance. Unfortunately due to the administration involved and how time consuming online therapy is, the cost is slightly higher. Once again accompanied by an emailed diagnosis, home exercise program, video demonstrations where required and further advice and guidance. Screening and signposting if required.

Telephone Assessment with Diagnosis, Advice and Guidance. Accompanied by an emailed diagnosis, home exercise program and further advice and guidance. Screening and signposting if required.

On Going One to One Treatment (Telephone & Email)

On going one to one treatment, therapy or rehabilitation sessions by phone or email. We monitor your progress by following up with a weekly email or call to gain feedback on how you are progressing. We then re-assess and make any necessary changes and adaptions to your home exercise plan. Once again continuing to give support, advice and guidance. Accompanied by further home exercise programs. Screening and signposting if required.

"Below is the pricing for face to face appointments at our clinics. As you will appreciate due to Covid19 the cost reflects reassurance of a high standard diagnosis and treatment, but also every effort has gone into ensuring the clinic is up to date and adapted to minimise any infection risk. We are sorry for the increased "temporary" costs, but as you can appreciate due to the current situation, time has been factored in to give space between appointments, necessary infection control measures and our on going diligence to keep everyone risk free to the best of our ability comes at a cost."

Where a patient cancels within 24hrs prior to an appointment and does not re-book. Due to administration costs a charge will be made for last minute cancellation or non attendance.

Unfortunately payment will need to be made when booking the appointment.

When making your appointment / booking, a link will be sent to you for payment, this is secure. A receipt can be sent straight back via email or text.

Please leave a space of 5 minutes prior to the appointment.

If its a video call wear the appropriate clothing for your condition.

Try to find somewhere you would'nt be disturbed and you have privacy. By all means have someone with you.

No call is recorded, all consultations fall under and are treated like a normal medical appointment.
